Love Letters

For over 2.5 years now, I have been living in Luxembourg and until last week without a mailbox 📪

Because... the right one hadn't been found yet.

Like all details in and around our castle, this important item must fit into the overall composition. Pascal is very clear about that. Here, beauty takes precedence over functionality 🤪

And so, my highly valued neighbors Margot and Manu have been taking care of my mail for over two years. Happily, I hear Manu exclaiming: "love letters...!"

Every time, my heart skips a beat... Love letters. It's so nice to receive a sweet letter or card.

Of course, 9 out of 10 times, it's not a love letter, but an official letter, often written in French, telling me to do something or not to do something. Dull content and still incomprehensible, because despite my French lessons, my vocabulary is still lacking. Picking up my mail always involves an affectionate chat.

Recently, we found a beautiful old mailbox. Not quite in the style for the right composition, but reasonably close. So, functional beauty comes first 🥳
